REALASTIC® fabricates a variety of prostheses for
most upper extremity applications. We specialize in the passive, light-weight prosthesis where cosmesis is the
primary consideration. All prostheses are furnished with all necessary componentry
excluding a suspension harness and strapping. Each prosthesis can be supplied with either
a Custom or Production Glove depending on the anatomical detail desired. All
REALASTIC® prostheses are supplied with positionable fingers for the most natural
appearance. The F-40 and F-70 products are supplied with a knitted arm sheath to assist in the retention of the prosthesis.

F-40
The F-40 model below-elbow prosthesis is manufactured in on
exclusive REALASTIC® process that provides a lightweight, rigid but
hollow forearm. The fingers are positionable due to a malleable
wire reinforcement. The forearm, wrist, and hand are a one piece design to
eliminate transition lines. When mated with a laminated socket, the F-40 is ideal for almost any
length B.E. amputation.

F-60
The F-60 model has been designed primarily for the wrist disarticulation or long
B.E. amputee. Its sturdy lightweight construction utilizes en exclusive
REALASTIC® Passive Hand. This hand allows the socket to be imbedded into
the hand to maintain the correct anatomical length .The socket is laminated and permanently attached
For a smoother transition between hand and socket. A REALASTIC® Custom Glove with a
zipper is recommended for most wrist disarticulation applications.

F-70
The F-70 prosthesis is manufactured with an exclusive
REALASTIC® forearm. This unique component is constructed of soft
vinyl covered foam with steel wire reinforcement. It can easily accommodate most
B.E. amputation lengths. This is accomplished by imbedding the
laminated B.E. socket into the forearm. As a result of its
versatility and its life-like appearance and feel, the F-70 is one of our most popular
models.

F-80
The F-80 prosthesis utilizes endoskeletal componentry with a manual elbow lock. The socket and
forearm replicate the size and shape of the sound side with lightweight
foam. A Passive Hand with positionable wire reinforced fingers is supplied. A Custom or Production Glove (when
requested) extends approximately to the elbow with a matching vinyl sleeve
extending to the axilla. These features, when combined, offer the above elbow and shoulder disarticulation
patient a light and cosmetic prosthetic alternative.
