prosthetic manufacturing division
of Professional Medical Products,
Inc. Realastic was established
around 1947 in San Francisco,
California, and was one of the
leaders in supplying prosthetics
and custom anatomical restorations
to World War II veterans as well
as the general public.
In 1997 we acquired the assets,
trademarks and manufacturing rights
for External Breast Reconstruction™
(EBR), a process for making life-like
custom breast prostheses Image™.
The EBR process was pioneered
in 1978 and for many years has
provided the premier, custom breast
prostheses in North America. The
Image™
product line is the most comprehensive
of breast prosthesis manufactures
with the choice of sizes, shapes,
weight, and colors.
